The Rutgers Writing Program has a GetIT (Gaining Experience Teaching with Instructional Technology) web site that offers excellent tutorials on MS Word, Dreamweaver, GoLive, browsers, and general skills, as well as writing tutorials.

East Tennessee State University has some very good pdf handouts for workshops that their Academic Technology Support department offers including Blackboard, digital media and applications.

Hewlett-Packard offers excellent free (with registration) online courses at their HP Learning Center. These are instructor-led courses with weekly lessons, assignments and message boards in topics such as software, IT, productivity and marketing.

The NJ Department of Education offers Professional Development and Technical Assistance Training primarily for for K-12 teachers including offerings from its Educational Technology area.
