  • Studio

    DMS has available a 26ft x 26ft studio with three cameras, teleprompter, and switching capabilities. This facility can be utilized for many different applications such as audio recording, webcasts, and high-end lecture capture.   • 1403- ITV Room

    This  room was designed with the purpose of conducting live two way sessions with a remote site(s). Some features of the room are:

          Seating capacity of 20, with 10 tables in two arcs;

          A teacher’s podium  with a PC & Visualiser

          Polycom HD Codec for video conferencing

          Can interface with WIMBA for alternate 2 way communications

          Phone interface allows room to act as speakerphone

          Starboard allows for markups of PC images and archiving through Relay

  • 1402- Classroom Studio

    This room was designed with the purpose of recording presentations with a mix of either or both video and computer images.  It has been used for quiet recording of Learning Objects and  of student presentations for later  review.  Some features of the room are:

        Seating capacity of 25, with 5 rows of 5 seats;

        A teacher’s podium  with a PC

       Can interface with WIMBA for alternate 2 way communications

       Material can be recorded digitaly, without tape.

       Can also be interfaced with a H.263 codec for video conferencing.
